Block Aid - Security Gates
Our security gates provide site protection while still allowing access to those who need it.
Our gates come with Strong Man Padlocks and keys can be provided for the fire brigade, maintenance and security teams.
Heavy weight and secure, our gates deter trespassers and ram raiders from attempting to gain access to your site.
We can meet your needs by customising our gates to your company needs, options such as sliding or swing opening gates and painting in non-standard red are available.

Benefits of the gate are:
- Your site is secure 24 /7.
- A security lock can be fitted with limited and designated keys.
- Builders and ground maintenance staff can access the premises through the gate to keep building and land tidy.
- The open gate gives you a gap of 3 meters which is wide enough for any normal size lorry to pass through, again for any maintenance or building work to be carried out but still keeping the place secure out of hours.
- Keys can be issued to local emergency services for 24 / 7 access.
- Gate is installed and remove by the Block Aid team in a matter of hours.
- The block which the gate hangs from and the shutting block each weigh 3.200kg, so moving them without the specialized equipment is not possible.
- The combine weight of the gate and blocks is 6.900kg.
- Hinges are bolted to blocks and bolts welded to prevent anyone trying to undo hinges with a spanner.
