Neil, I cannot thank you enough, you have yet again surpassed expectations. At Trafalgar Sq, your guys turned up on time and did an excellent job for a very important client - yet again for the opening of the Tsunami memorial by HRH Prince Charles, not only were you on time, but you were extremely tolerant of the pace at which we were able to load into the site which was, at best, slow.

We are thrilled to have discovered Block-Aid, whilst it is not the cheapest option open to a company of our size, we have found it to be the only safe solution to an all too common problem - wind.So, we are very much looking forward to working with you more in the future. It is suppliers just like yourselves that enable companies like Key Structures to offer a similarly premium service, which is what this industry is all about. Just a quick note to say thank you, to you and Pete, for all your help in arranging the marquee weights at Blenheim Palace last week. The service you provided was excellent, I don't think you could have been more helpful! You responded to my request for 'tidy' blocks by supplying brand new ones - far beyond what I expected, but much appreciated.

There is always a natural nervousness in dealing with new suppliers, particularly when the event is as high-profile as this was, but I will have no hesitation at all next time we require your services. Good luck with everything, you deserve it!
