The Christmas rush has officially begun, and with it, one of the busiest times of year for events across the UK.
Over recent weeks, we’ve supported several large festive projects nationwide, including the world-famous Winter Wonderland in London. It’s a high-pressure site with tight access, heavy footfall, and strict build deadlines. For this project, we supplied a large number of our Multi Blocks, giving organisers the flexibility they needed to support temporary structures, signage, lighting, and more.

A Tight Delivery Window Done Right
For Winter Wonderland, we were given a two-hour window to deliver and unload six full lorry loads of blocks. With a schedule that tight, every part of the operation had to run exactly to plan.
The full delivery was coordinated by Louise, who managed vehicle scheduling from start to finish. With additional transport used alongside the Block Aid fleet, timing was critical. Vehicles arrived in sequence, unloading stayed on track, and the full delivery was completed within the allotted time.
When one delay can affect multiple contractors, clean logistics makes all the difference.
